At Unfolding Warrior Wellness, I support children, teens, parents, and educators to find calm, confidence, and connection through mindful movement, yoga, and emotional regulation practices.
With over 25 years’ experience as an early childhood Teacher, I bring together evidence-informed approaches with nurturing, practical tools that support mental wellbeing in real, everyday life. My programs are designed to help young people build emotional awareness, resilience, and self-regulation, while creating safe spaces where they feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I offer age-appropriate yoga and mindful movement programs for children, therapeutic-style yoga for teens, family sessions, and wellbeing programs for schools and educators. Each offering is thoughtfully structured, developmentally informed, and centred on supporting the nervous system, emotional growth, and physical confidence.
Whether it’s a child learning how to calm their body, a teen finding strength and self-belief, or a parent or educator seeking balance and sustainable wellbeing, my work is about meeting people where they are and guiding them back to inner steadiness.
